I’m Helga Magnusson, the founder of Vooly where visions are transformed into vibes that truly resonate.

My journey into the world of events began in the bustling heart of New York City, a place where creativity knows no bounds. It was there, amidst the energy and ambition of the city that never sleeps, that I discovered my passion for creating extraordinary experiences. I had the honor of  working on iconic events like Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Gala, where every detail mattered, every moment told a story, and the impact went far beyond the room.

New York taught me to think big, execute flawlessly, and always aim for more than just an event to create moments that inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impression.

After 17 years in the event and experience industry most of it spent at Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers, where I worked on hundreds of projects, exhibitions, events, and conferences over the years I decided it was time to create something uniquely my own. That’s how Vooly was born.
